Olim Beyahad's vision – Members of the Ethiopian Israeli community will integrate as a normative and integral part of Israeli life in the areas of employment, residence, education, and social life. Ethiopian Israeli university graduates with professional, economic, and personal strength will serve as role models, take leadership roles among the Ethiopian Israeli community, and become an integral part of the economic and social leadership in Israel.

Olim Beyahad mainly works to fulfill the dream by operating its main program, in the framework of which the organization identifies excelling Ethiopian Israeli university students and graduates with leadership potential, helps them integrate into suitable jobs in the Israeli workforce, and provides them with professional tools to excel in employment. Each participant is accompanied by a personal mentor (an individual holding a senior position in the job market). The mentors become partners in working to fulfill our vision and become active through the personal and emotional bonds they form with participants and the program. They also deepen their awareness of the problem and see their ability to create change. Olim Beyahad's graduates volunteer in the community and are active in the "Graduates Forum".

The final product of our main program – A social network of Ethiopian Israelis and non-Ethiopian Israelis in the process of uniting and becoming a social movement with a feeling of power and a deep belief in its ability to fulfill the vision.

Olim Beyahad's main services create a narrow and internal circle of influence that generates social change through the influence and actions of the employers, mentors, corporation partners and their employees, and program participants. Next to this circle is a second circle which is external and wider, and involves making connections, making services accessible, mediation, and cooperation.

During the upcoming three years, Olim Beyahad will focus on improving its main activities and increasing the influence on the economy through the employers and volunteers who will spread the message of suitable integration.

Olim Beyahad will work to promote the proper integration of Ethiopian Israeli university graduates in suitable employment positions in the forefront of the Israeli job market.

At the same time, Olim Beyahad will work to form partnerships and connections among its volunteers, partner corporations, and social organizations that are active among the Ethiopian Israeli community, with the goal of increasing the involvement of the economy and society in working to advance the Ethiopian Israeli community and their proper integration in Israeli society.
