"Olim Beyahad"'s model is based on the idea of integrating a strong, ambitious, and charismatic group of young Ethiopians with academic degrees into the existing social and business network in Israel, which serves as a means to end the alienation and prejudices and facilitate social and employment absorption.

This method strives to adapt to the existing approach (of finding employees thru personal connections and network) instead of trying to change it.

The Israeli employees are the core of Olim beyahad model.

At least 200 of the volunteers of the organization are Executive Directors, Assistant Directors, members of various Boards of Directors, and senior figures in Israel's economy. They bring their companies to follow them and become part of Olim Beyahad activity and power.

Program graduates are employed at 150 business organizations, at least half of which are among the most prestigious and leading organizations in Israel's economy. 12 organizations hired thru OB their first Ethiopian Israeli employee in a suitable job position and are now employing more than 3, 7 organizations employ today more than 5, and 5 organizations employ more than 10.

More than 10 large leading business organizations in Israel have committed themselves to promoting the organization's vision as part of their partnership with OB, a partnership that involves personally recruiting their companies' management; holding lectures in front of wide forums; recruiting a number of individuals in senior positions in each company to serve as personal mentors; and joint activities with the organization.
