Mr. Amos Sapir
Mr. Amos Sapir is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Olim Beyahad. He also serves as a business and economic advisor, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors at various private and public companies, including N. Feldman & Son. Until recently, he also served as the Chairman of Standard & Poor's Maalot Ltd. In the past, Amos held various senior positions at Clal Group. He is involved in various organizations, and is on the Board of Trustees at Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College, CET – The Center for Educational Technology, and the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. Amos holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, as well as an MBA with a focus in finance from Columbia University, where he also studied for a doctorate in finance and banking.
Mali B. Levinsohn, Esq.
  Graduate of Tel-Aviv University School of Law Former partner in the law firm of Yossi Abraham & Co. in litigation and business-commercial contracts Today Mali works in import and marketing of an international brand (a family business) and in addition, in social/community organizations: WLP- Women's Leadership Parliament, Israel, Executives for Excellence.  She is a member of Takdim – the foundation for mutual responsibility, a member of the foundation's planning and development committee.
Ms. Orna Lin Esq.
  Owner of one of the leading law firms in Israel specializing in labor law Orna Lin did her internship with the late Justice Haim Cohen, at the Supreme Court of Israel. She has been qualified to practice law since 1981. She served as legal advisor to the Wage and Labor Agreements Dept. in the Ministry of Finance, and to the Civil Service Commission. She was a partner at the law firm of Seligman and Co., as head of the labor law department. Orna has held (and currently holds) many public roles.  She was chairperson of the Tel-Aviv District Committee of the Israel Bar Association, (1999-2003).  From 2003, she has been serving as chairperson of the National Council of the Israeli Bar Association. She formerly served as chairperson of the Haifa chapter and a member of the National Board of the Association for Civil Rights. Ms. Lin lectures in Labor Law at Tel-Aviv University.  She also provides legal representation and advice pro bono for social organizations, human rights organizations, and for individuals that have precedential cases that concern civil and human rights. Together with Yifat Ovadia, she represented the Ethiopian community in a petition to the High Court to erect a monument in memory of members of the community who died en route to Israel, a petition that led to mediation and a monument erected on Mount Herzl.
Mr. Yair Dar
  Yair Dar was born in Israel in 1945. He graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a BA in Mathematics and Economics. Over the years, he has been involved in business entrepreneurship and management. Yair has vast experience of over 33 years invarious management positions; CEO, Director, and Chairman of both publicly traded and privately owned companies operating within a wide range of economic activities. These activities include international trade, equity investments and investments banking, communication startups, and sport TV production & broadcasting.  He currently serves as the chairperson of a private group of companies engaged in the international trade of plastic raw materials, of which, as a co-founder, he owns a controlling interest. In addition, after being appointed by the Jerusalem District Court, for the past three years, Yair has also been serving as an acting manager of two public companies that went into a “freeze of procedures" position in Israel.
Ms. Sara Ram Shlein
Ms. Sara Ram Shlein is a project manager at the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. She served as the Director of Human Resources at Kibbutz Shefayim and has extensive experience serving as an organizational consultant and human resource consultant for Kibbutzim, public organizations, and business corporations. Sara earned a BA in Social Work from Tel Aviv University, an MA in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University, and received training as an organizational consultant from Bar Ilan University
Ms. Adina Hagege
Director of Information Experience in the Server and Tools Business of Microsoft, manages a global team responsible for creating the training, documentation, support, and total information experience for the security and identity business and for localizing the products for these businesses. Previously, she worked at Intel and at IBM. She made Aliya in 1988 straight to a graduate program at the Technion. She completed her undergraduate studies at Yeshiva University in NY, in philosophy and computers Adina Hagege is an observer on Olim Beyahad's Board of Directors and serves as a mentor.
Mr. Avraham Adga
Mr. Avraham Adga was born in Ethiopia and immigrated to Israel in 1984 at the age of 17. He completed his high school studies at the Leo Baeck High School in Haifa and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He served in the Construction Unit during his regular army service in the IDF, and served in the Education Corps as a lecturer for various units during his army reserves service. Avraham is active among the Ethiopian Israeli community, especially through his volunteer work with Ethiopian Israeli youth. He has been managing construction projects at the Technion ever since 1995. Avraham has written and published 2 original books, thus far: "Im Hapanim Kadima" (Looking Forward) and "Hamasa El Hachalom" (The Journey to the Dream).
Mr. Naftali Avraham
Mr. Naphtali Avraham immigrated to Israel from Ethiopia in 1984 and currently lives in Yodfat. He is married and has three children. Since 1994, he has served in the Israeli Air Force. Since 2007, Major Avraham has served as Head of the Quality and Safety Department in Construction Units at Air Force bases. Naftali was previously involved in various additional aspects of the army, serving as Deputy Commander of the Construction Unit, Commander of the Systems Department, Head of the Fuel Infrastructure Department, Water Department Officer, Project Officer in Construction Units, and more. During his free time, Naftali volunteers at the Eshbal Boarding School for disconnected youth, serves as a lecturer at a School for Air Warfare, and is active in schools and boarding schools, mostly focusing on subjects of army and community (encouraging army recruitment and dealing with difficulties). Naftali helps Ethiopian Israeli soldiers who come to him for assistance and advises commanders in issues related to the Ethiopian Israeli community. Naftali has an MA in Environmental Engineering from Tel Aviv University and completed Engineering Studies in the Agricultural Engineering Faculty at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (in the framework of the Academic Reserves Program). He graduated high school at the Yemin Orde Youth Village
Mr.Yuval Lotan
Yuval was a pilot and a commander in the air force for many years and he was in charge of the squadron of Hercules that brought the Ethiopian Jews to Israel in the secret operations. Today he is a pilot and senior manager with El Al. Yuval is married and is the father of two children and lives in Tel Aviv.
